A candle is solid block of fuel more commonly wax and an embedded wick which is lit to provide light. Candles were created in beginning to control the element of fire and to provide light so that people can see clearly at the night. Mostly candles are made from paraffin but they are also made from beeswax, soy and other plant waxes and tallow. Paraffin and plastic combined to form gel candles. Adding fragrances to candles are used in aromatherapy.
Candles and oil lamps were used before the advent of electricity were used for illumination. Today, candles are used mainly for their aesthetic value and religious ceremonies of many faiths and to particularly set a soft, warm, or romantic ambiance. Scented candles are mainly used in aromatherapy

Sure these candles also have smoke and leave behind soot but their remains are clean and white in color. Natural candles are healthy unlike the ordinary paraffin wax candles which consist of toxins that harm the body.
